Hello Everyone,
It is hard to believe that we are now less than six months away from our Thailand Retreat! The excitement is building, and I wanted to begin the conversation around flights, arrivals, and some important next steps.
Flights & Arrival in Bangkok
I have already purchased my flight with Singapore Airlines, and I know each of you will be traveling from different locations across the country. Because of this, your flight routes and arrival times into Bangkok will vary.
Many of you may travel through hubs such as Los Angeles, Tokyo (Narita), Singapore, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or Doha. While these routes may look different, they are all common international travel corridors and are regularly used by travelers heading to Thailand.
Since participants are arriving from various locations, it is unlikely that the entire group will arrive at the same time. If you are connected with another retreat participant, you may wish to coordinate your travel plans together.
Our retreat officially begins on January 13, 2027, and we ask that upon arrival at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), you take the hotel airport shuttle to our Bangkok hotel. We are finalizing the hotel selection and will provide those details as soon as they are confirmed. We anticipate the hotel will be approximately 40 minutes from the airport.
Departure Day: January 22
On January 22, we will depart Hua Hin at approximately 10:00 a.m. for the drive back to Bangkok Airport. Travel time is estimated to be 2.5–3 hours, putting us at the airport in the early afternoon.
Due to airline departure times vary significantly, you may wish to consider staying overnight in Bangkok on January 22 and flying home on January 23. This can create a more relaxed travel experience and reduce the stress of making same-day international connections.
One convenient option is the Courtyard Marriott Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, though there are several airport hotel options available.
Whether you choose to fly home immediately, stay overnight near the airport, or extend your travels elsewhere in Thailand or Southeast Asia, we encourage you to select the option that feels best for you.
Arriving Early?
If you are planning to arrive before January 13 to adjust to the time zone or explore Bangkok, staying at an airport hotel for a night or two is a great option.
Once our Bangkok hotel is confirmed, we will share that information so you can determine whether you would like to transfer there earlier.
Action Item: Retreat Information Form
Please complete the booking form and return it to me via email or text with a screenshot of the completed form.
One of the most important reasons for collecting this information is to ensure we are aware of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities so we can best support everyone throughout the retreat.
If you have not yet booked your flights, that is perfectly fine. However, we do ask that flight information be submitted as soon as your arrangements are finalized.
And Now for the Fun Part...
Now that you've completed your task, it's time for something much more exciting—your first look at our retreat itinerary!
As you review it, please remember that this itinerary serves as our guide and may be adjusted as needed to best support the group experience. Our intention is to create a retreat that balances exploration, culture, movement, connection, rest, and a little bit of adventure.

.
Over the coming months, we'll continue sharing details about Bangkok, Hua Hin, local experiences, what to pack, and ways to prepare for this incredible journey through our Whats App group. Please be on the look out for your invitation and accept so we may all be connected.
Thailand is known as the "Land of Smiles," and in just a few short months we'll be experiencing its vibrant culture, beautiful landscapes, incredible cuisine, and warm hospitality together.
We cannot wait to share this experience with each of you.
With excitement,
Kristina, Louise and Pascale (LPSV Experience)
