South of France Retreat

Dear Beautiful Souls,

It’s hard to believe that in less than three months we will be gathering in the breathtaking South of France, nestled near the magic of the Verdon Gorge and the charm of La Palud-sur-Verdon.

An invitation to:

• Pause from the demands of daily life

• Play with new experiences, laughter, and adventure

• Reconnect with yourself in the stillness of nature

Together we will practice yoga beneath open skies, breathe deeply in fresh mountain air, explore winding village streets, and sit in meaningful connection — not only with one another, but with the truest parts of ourselves.

For many of you, this journey is more than travel. It is a reset.

On Saturday, May 23 I am arriving into Nice airport 1:45pm and will be staying nearby at the AC Hotel 59 Promenade des Anglais, Sauvan Nice. If anyone is nearby and would like to get together Saturday evening let me know! It would be fun.
