Service Description

An evening practice combining mindful flow, functional movement, alignment and intentional stretching to help you move with greater ease and balance. Please bring your own mat, blocks, towel if you have them. Minimum of 5 participants. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
